- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I made an appointment, online, to get a document notarized at 9:00 am. I showed up on time to my appointment. I was informed by the employee that the manager Joel is the only one who can do notaries and he doesn't come in until ten. I was trying to leave town and this delayed my departure. I dont understand why the website allows one to set up an appointment at this time if it is not a possibility. Furthermore, I made this appointment nearly a week in advance. I know the manager, Joel, must have received some sort of notification of this appointment. He chose not to contact me and attempt to reschedule. He also could have altered his schedule to make the appointment. To just have me show up is extremely rude and inconsiderate as well as horrible customer service. I will no longer do any business here. The only reason i gave this place two stars instead of one is because the lady at the counter was polite and professional.By Daniel Banks, November 04, 2016
