- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Filed my taxes with them, thought it'd be good. About a week later they let me know that they were done, how much yo expect, and I could come pick up my husband and my copies. We have been in the process of buying a house and moving, and we work 9am to 6pm. So we havnt been able to run across town to pick up the copies. Fast forward 4 weeks. We still havnt gotten our return. I message our tax file-er and she tells me that "I misunderstood their practice" and that we have to sign for our taxes to be sent when we come to pick up our copies. There was never any information given that we had to sign to submit them. So now I will be waiting ANOTHER month for my returns. I will NOT be using this place ever again, and I discourage you from using their services as well.By Jade Ray, March 01, 2017
