- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What kind of bank requires an account to exchange pennies, dimes, nickles, and quarters? This bank is a disgrace. I've been to many different banks with the money I have saved in change and I have never EVER had anyone tell me that I had to have an account there. I've been doing this since I was 6 years old.
